At the beginning of the second semester myself and everyone in my SOAR class signed up for an online program called Raise.Me. Raise.Me is an online program that pairs students in highschool like me to things like grants and college scholarships that they fit the requirements for. It also provides information on colleges like schools that would best fit your major and just general information about what life is like at each university. I most definitely feel that this has helped me to become more college ready because now I know what I need to prepare for and what my specific schools like on applications. I do believe that I will continue to update my account through high school as I begin to complete more advanced and AP courses. I feel more
