This journey typically begins by getting into a vouched for university, such as Armstrong Atlantic state university ,and receiving a bachelor’s degree including medical prerequisite classes such as biology, chemistry, and physics.the road will continue with four years of medical school including two years of sciences such as anatomy, pathology, pharmacology , and biochemistry. The second half of medical school you will be involved with clinical rotations in medicine, such as pediatrics, psychiatry, surgery and internal medicine. Although there is a violent amount of work and education put in and put forth to becoming a radiologis, it certainly has wealthy upside. I perform fluoroscopy examinations, give epidural steroid injections for back and leg pain, review requests and direct technologists who do CT, MRI and other scans. I interpret those scans, mammograms, chest x-rays, ultrasounds and other imaging studies. I spend about one hour on administrative tasks.
