Overall Assessment of Police Officer I:
[i]Radio Communications: His radio communications has been improved since the last patrol I had with him. He's more open when it come to radio usage and isn't affraid to mess up like he was on our last patrol. He still has to learn somewhat radio prodecure and how to contact other units propely, which are to be honest minor things but he has improved.
Driving Ability: His driving was slightly sloppy at the beginning, missed quite a lot of intersections and used exessive speed till I confronted him about it. Rest of the patrol was him driving propely and showed more maturity towards driving. I assume he felt more free with me when it came to driving as it was our second FTP and I didn't re-mark him last time because his driving was okay.

He was really exited in my point of view and wanted to help out however he could. He helped me with gathering statments, set up roadblocks and all that fancy stuff.
I also asked him couple of questions about penal code, which he was quick to answer and showed me that he's looked over the penal code and knows basic stuff. He's great guy but still should improve a bit in general.
(( Roleplaying Ability: He deffinetly roleplayed more on our FTP, however his roleplay was still lacking inside the cruiser and there's almost no character development. His english is still all over the place, but he has learned from his mistakes from our last patrol when I explained him and he did great, however it should still improve a bit.
Roleplay was pretty much outside of the vehicle and nothing was inside. I tried to engade roleplay with him which I really didn't get much back from him. As I mentioned in IC part, Lamar is great guy but has to learn more about LSPD. I'll give him benefit out of doubt however... might be because his shy.

What was the situation (project, program or activity) which you were involved with this individual? The project I was involved in was to help create a new process for how an item SKU (stock-keeping unit) is created, which we worked on developing a procedure call an NIS (new item submission). The company I work for runs two big retail establishments, one is seasonal and the other is year-round. The problem was both lines of business were unorganized when it came to processing new item SKU’s, each line of business had completely different processes instead of one uniform way of creating NIS form.…

The reception density will be different for each body part because it is most likely for our fingertips’ receptors to be more heightened than the back of our neck because we use our fingertips to sense objects surrounding us often. Since we were toddlers, the majority of our discoveries were through our sense of touch. A possible reason our hands, in general, to be more sensitive than the rest of our body can be traced back to Cenozoic Era, when the first sight of the human species was discovered. For example, humans in that era learned how to survive by touching fire. If they did not touch fire, they would not have known that fire is hot, and survived the ice age by warming themselves with fire.…

Before I began annotating and thoroughly reading through Zimbardo’s piece, I gave initial answers to the two questions proposed at the start for two reasons. One is just being an active reader. I feel to truly understand someone else’s opinion; you have to have one of your own that can be argued for or against. The second reason I gave an initial answer was because I wanted to be critical of my own answer and his. This meaning, if we are to agree, what information did he have or find that I was unaware of to have to same knowledge and if we disagree how was our information put together resulting in knowledge that differs.…
