Incompetency by the multicultural community Even though the domination of majorities causes racial discrimination, no one can deny the fact that the structure and formation of Canada are deeply rooted in white people and their culture. It is clear that minorities are ignorant about the culture and practice of social work in Canada. Lack of knowledge about the Canadian context of social work by foreign workers is a reason for not to have a good position in this field. In Canada, the social work career is basically a white occupation (Yee, 2005). Majorities claim that the internationally educated professionals lack the cultural disparities and understanding about the A contradictory for this is that foreign social workers have the possibility to upgrade their awareness in this context by doing further education and training. Canada is famous for a multicultural community and equality in job distribution, but racial discrimination and oppression considered as a shameful practice in such a great country. The dominant group tries to strengthen their supremacy in social work institutes and as a result, the anti-racism exercise is totally disused (Yee, 2005). The dominant people with less experience repeatedly receive a respectable position in various social welfare institutes because of their wide acceptance as majorities. Minorities are often neglected and discriminated and as a result, it makes an imbalance in the community. The dominant group’s power and the basic structure of social service organisations created by the majorities prevent anti-racist social workforces to make a revolution in this field (Razack and Badwall,
