I in every 15 men in jail is startling. This means that 1 in every 15 families do not have a present father because the father is in jail. Lack of effective parenting, in turn, leads to deviant behaviours in children who also row up to become criminals. These statistics are shocking, to say the least. Black human rights and lobby groups have emerged to render their voice on the black crime issues. These activists argue that blacks are deliberately profiled because of their skin colour.
