. Men and women of all races have the right to say what they want to say and be who they want to be. They should be able to be free without someone harassing them for the color of their skin or where they are from. People have three main freedoms which are speech, press, and assembly. The civil and political rights were made for a reason, and that reason is to protect one's freedom from the government and social groups. This also includes humans being racist to other humans. Racial profiling violates the constitutional requirement that all persons be granted the same protection that all other people have. Racial profiling should be considered a social determinant of health, because it exposes people to discrimination and the fear of discrimination.
