A confidence interval is an estimate using a margin of error to provide me accurate parameter for better understanding a population (text). However, all the estimates of the intervals that exist do not matter if the data is provided using bias questioning. As a member of the United States Military I have been surveyed extensively as other service members would agree. Military question are poised in a way to not create bias. To accomplish this task the military asks how a certain subject is viewed by the member (website). I see the value in this type of questioning and would use a similar tactic. Below I choose the question using this style focused on the area of racial discrimination as it is currently a hot topic and as a business major would affect my future organization. For instance, here is a sample question I would ask to find out how one felt about racial equality within their organization:
a) Use the following scale to respond to each item on this survey.

1 = Strongly Disagree
2 = Disagree
3 = Agree
4 = Strongly Agree

Thus, an organization would generate a report that shows that all feel that bias exists between genders. Although, the truth is only that employees believe it is wrong, not that it exists for their company. Additionally, one may not feel that discrimination exists but after reading this question will believe that it does on bases of this question. This question would cause me to answer in a bias way. I would answer this question that I strongly disagree with the discrimination as I feel it should no longer exist. However, with the first question I would answer strongly agree. Therefore, the wording of the question would change my answer entirely. Furthermore, this question could be worded to generate bias in the opposite
