This article covers racial micro aggressions and how they affected a few students attending a university. Micro aggressions can come in various forms. They are insults verbal, nonverbal, and/or visual that are directed towards people of color. The studies were conducted by interviewing a few college students. The African American students in the study provided examples of the racial micro aggressions exhibited by students of white ethnicity who also attended the school. The students that exhibited the racial comments were also linked to some sort of skinhead group. One of the black males gave an example of a run in he had in class with one of the skinheads, the black student was told that, "I do not want to work with you because you are black."
