As a manager, I would imagine it to be very disheartening to find your other fellow managers to be very racially ignorant. This ignorance is obviously the cause for the patients being dissatisfied, and things have to change. With sensitive topics like this, I believe there are a few different ways we can approach it. I believe that one of the best solutions to this problem of racial ignorance is to hold a seminar on “workplace discrimination”. This seminar would be a great way to educate the employees and fellow managers about how important equal quality of care is in the facility.
