More recently, in today's history, it seems as if our criminal justice system is full of racial discrimination and prejudices. Despite some of the evidence presented by researchers on this topic, I do not fully agree that this type of racism exists in our justice system. The majority of our criminal demographics is full of black crimes, but I do not believe this is because of any unjust treatment or negligence.
