We arrived at Rachel Muir’s house August 25th, 2017 at 1:01am about 5 minutes after the cops were called about the body. When we got there we found John lying on his back with his feet on the stairs and a beer in his hand. There had also been food cooking on the stove when we got there and if Rachel was only there 10 minutes how was she already cooking. Rachel said “Something terrible has happened. John slipped and fell on the stairs. He was coming down for another drink and I think he is dead. Oh my god-- what should I do?”
The way John was lying when we got there shows no sign of how he could fell down the stairs. Somehow he ended up on his back with his feet still on the stairs. His beer was still in his hand and there was a wound on the
