Race And Ethnicity Issues

Racial and ethnicity issues have always been a topic of discussion, and these are issues that need to be improved upon. Race and ethnic issues concern inequality and diversity. Racial issues and ethnicity issues have always been difficult to handle, and manage. I envision a future society, my ideal society, in the United States to have more tolerance and allowance. Allowing others to live the life they choose, and respecting their choice, even if it goes against your personal views; while also enforcing equality is what I see as my ideal. Equal opportunity is a good way of putting the ideal society that I envision. Equal opportunity towards jobs and occupations should be in set. I would argue that nothing is impossible; an ideal like mine can be achieved by first, and ultimately, eliminating hate crimes. Also, enforcing equality towards human rights and justice would create a mutual understanding and respect towards other races and ethnicities.
