The raccoons will be removed without causing any harm to students or property. This plan has an early estimate that roughly $1.6 million is needed for equipment, staff and training.
“We believe that this model of raccoon control, really sets a national new industry to uplift the market,” said Goodsandwich.
This new plan will not only help control the population of raccoons but will help by providing more jobs to the community. Plus students are agreeing to the plan, “I’ve been waiting for someone to address this. It will be a huge help,” said Rob Bobbins; sophomore. Another students said “This is the best idea anyone has ever had. It makes me feel safer at school,” said Jimmy Smith, freshman.
The cause of the invasion of raccoon is not well determined but it is predicted that the smells from cafeterias, and dumpsters is the cause. What will happen to the raccoons been captured is still unclear although it was mentioned that they will put in cages and relocate
