Ra Leadership Qualities

If I were to become a RA it fits in my long term goals because I am a business finance major and I do need leadership qualities. Also, since I am going into finance I need to be able to create those bonds where there is trust. I do have some leadership qualities and I do know how to create relationships where there is trust present, but it’s great to be able to improve on them any chance I get.
