Week 5 Written Assignment B: RAC AUDIT
I would appeal the RAC findings because I am an upfront and honest person, who believes light will be shed on all darkness, money is the root of all evil; but we need it to survive. The person that I am, I always try my best to be a perfectionist, by doing right thing all the time. I made it a goal to live my life without sin, every day. By practicing to becoming a perfectionist, it has made it easier to prevent the wrongful actions, but there have been times where mistakes happen. At the times when things are not accurate, or an issue has been brought to attention, it is appropriate to start would building plan to fix the issue:

In this situation, it would be wise to construct a compliance plan (Sosnoski, 2016). Obtaining written policies and standards, a baseline audit, and undertaking internal audits can reduce or counteract the audit (Sosnoski, 2016).
Hoffman says that a decent safeguard design incorporates taking in the prerequisites of good documentation such that your notes themselves are the resistance.
With respect to claim interior practice review, Hoffman exhorts that you take note of any lacks and how you acted to rectify them, which turns into a sort of security.
An outside inspector can see while your more established documents might not have been consistent, the issue was identified and remedied
