ALLEGATION
R/s Anthony makes fun of Kristopher (8) for wanting to stay at his sister’s house. R/s Kristopher doesn’t feel safe at Anthony’s home.

R/s on Feb 22nd Isiah “Kristopher” went over to his dad for the weekend and hid dad said he was going to buy some beer and get high. R/s Isiah stated that he did see two beers, but he didn’t see any drugs. R/s on March 10th Isiah’s father and brother picked on him for wanting to stay at sister house. R/s Isiah cried and fought with his brother. R/s the father was talking to Isiah sarcastically, trying to make child cry. R/s the father told Isiah if he didn’t stop crying he was going to wipe him with a belt. R/s at the car line the father told Isiah to start crying so everyone can him cry. R/s
