R/s Alfred Kiger is a stroke victim, he has difficulty walking, muscle weakness, history of falling, neuropathy, heart failure, and lack of coordination. R/s today Mr. Kiger was release from rehab after receiving therapy for hemiplegia and hemiparesis. R/s Mr. Kiger is unable to take care of himself and needs assistance with daily activities. R/s Mr. Kiger can’t cook for himself and can’t bathe himself. R/s Mr. Kiger can’t walk far. R/s medical transporters will be able to get Mr. Kiger in his home, but Mr. Kiger won’t be able to get out of his home. R/s the hospital bed wasn’t able to be put in the home due to the arrangement of Mr. Kiger’s furniture. R/s Mr. Kiger won’t be able to maneuver around the house. R/s the home has bugs. R/s Mr.
