Introduction
Hello my name is Qwamere Wright-Downing, and I was born in Philadelphia, Pa on June 30, 1997, and I am going to talk about my family history and our health history. I have 4 brothers Anthony(19), Tahje’(13), Corey(11), and Christain(5) and we all have the same parents Tenja and William Wright-Downing. Me and my brothers currently are not dealing with and health concern nor my parents. My grandparents on my mother side are Tryphena Wright born on Oct. 31 and Walter Wright born Nov. 11. On my grandparents on my father’s side are Margie Downing born on Dec.9 and William Downing Sr. born on Nov. 23 Both of my grandfathers are dealing with current health issues with my grandfather on my mother’s side dealing with kidney failure and

If you really wanted to know if signs of kidney failure you can have either have a urine test done or get your blood pressure taken. If you decide to not get those test done some signs and symptoms of kidney failure are you might start throwing up a lot, have headaches, loss weight out of nowhere, and feel nausea. When someone who starts to hit the ending stage will have symptoms like change of urination, swelling ankles, legs, feet, face, or hands. Their skin will start to become dry and itchy. Your eating habits will start to change causing you to lose a lot of weight. You will feel dizzy and have hard time concentrating. Lastly, people who have kidney failure have had trouble sleeping, have restless legs, weak bones and joints, and start to become depressed. By looking up symptoms of kidney failure I now realize the changes that my granddad have gone through. He have lose a lot of weight and he have trouble moving around a lot now. I also realize that he do seem kind of depress because he can’t do what he normal do on a regular basis now he just chill in the house all day and then go get his dialysis at the end of the
