The human being is an unequal creature. That is a fact. And we start off with the proposition. All the great religions, all the great movements, all the great political ideology, say let us make the human being as equal as possible. In fact, he is not equal, never will be. Biological differences between sexes laid the ground work for stereotypes that still exists today.
When forming first impressions of a person, we often take into account the gender of that particular person. Have you ever known someone without looking at gender and physical appearance? Women are subjected to the issue of gender bias in workplace even as we progress towards a more egalitarian society. I believe,

In order to improve situations of women leaders, women should focus on their goals and purposes instead of how people perceive them.
