The fourth person that I interviewed was Quint Cox. Quint works at Arvest Bank in Farmington, AR. He is in his early twenties and has no children. Quint thinks that Imagi’nation’ is a great idea for children and parents. He also likes the idea of donating a product to a child in need and helping out the community. JoAnn works for AT&T and is also a full time single mother. She seemed confused about the business and had multiple questions. Her concerns were about the item itself. She wants to know if the customer needs an iPad to play with this product or is it an actual stuffed animal. She had no improvements for the company and has said that it is a good entrepreneur idea.
The sixth customer is Kyler Jean. Kyler is a fifth grader that goes to Elmdale in Springdale, AR. Kyler enjoys the fact that he can create whatever he wants! He would want to make a singing kangaroo that can sing today hit songs. Kyler over all loved the idea of Imagi’nation’, but requested one thing: that there be pizza and lots of it!
This week’s interviews great overall, but different than my previous interview. The reason that the interviews were different from the last time was that the individuals seemed to have more questions to ask than the first set of customers. I enjoyed being able to respond to every question that they had. During all of my interviews, I had set questions that I asked the customer. The second go around I had changed one question when talking to my potential customers. I asked them, “What do you think Imagi’nation’ is?” “What features of the business would you want?” This put a spark in most of my customers to talk about what they would like to see happen. What I learned that is different from last week is that I need to expect an abundance
