About the ministry?
One of the main goals for Dave for this project is to have a resource that will create a smooth transition between the children and the youth program. It was challenging at times to work on the leveling the different activities within the TEAM Manual, but as I was doing this, it was interesting to use what I have been learning in the Spiritual Formation class about different developmental stages to help direct some of the things that I was unsure about. It can be difficult to make generalizations knowing that all children are different, but I think overall I was able to come up with levels that will work for most children and youth and help with the transition between the two.

We had talked about this, but I hadn’t added anything yet. It was again interesting as I was reading through things for the Spiritual Formation class and one chapter even discussed spiritual formation in regards to prenatal care. Even since the Child Welfare Conference in the fall, I have heard and read several things about the effects of care of young children on their ability to trust others and as a result to trust God. This is one thing I want to continue to learn about as I find it very interesting, but do not know a lot
