The type of test provided, is a test that students can take to make sure they are prepared for the FCAT exam that they need. Teacher can make sure that students know what is going to be ask from them in this test. In this case a FCAT 2.0 Science test for 5th grade was taken, to see how they present the ideas for this students. This test is a good practice for the students and serves as a guide to the teacher to make sure that the content in the test is been tough in the classroom. Using this, students will become familiar with the content and more comfortable when they have to take the real exam. The exam taken contain an answer key book, this way the questions have an explanation. Students can see the right answer after completing the test to make sure they understand why the answer is wrong, if the answer is good then they can move forward to the next one. Make sure that my lesson includes activities in which students have to use their logic. The lessons should contain a variety of instructional strategies to make sure that every student in the classroom has the opportunity to achieve the goals that I’m looking at as a teacher. If I see that one or two students are struggling with a lesson, make sure we are looking at options so these students don’t get left behind. Always set the goals high for everybody, this will maintain a standard progress in the classroom. Make sure that as a teacher we are establishing the goals and rules clearly throughout the year so the students create a structure. Always follow up with questions to see is they are following the lesson, this way we will know if they are understanding what is being
