If i ever become a staff member on MineSuperior I would like to be a very active member and help people with any of their problem they may be facing in game or even outside of the game as well. a staff member should be patient with another player if they had a concern. but don't be foiled a staff member should also make swift actions if there was something or someone that causes a problem. A staff member should be an active player that joins any of the 7 they shouldnt be afk to put in there hours and to make it look like they have been active. They should always ingage in a conversation with the players and check up on them if they were a player that needed help. they need to make sure everyone is playing fair, but all in all a staff member should be friendly to all.

10. What would you do if someone was spamming in chat?
I would give them the punishment of /mute (player) 5m Spam -s to start and if they keep doing it it would increase by fives till 20 then they would get an hour mute
11. How would you deal with a person posting another servers IP in chat?
I would take swift action and /ban (player) Advertising Sever IP -s
