Queenie's Murder Case

I would like to report a murder case number 301 based on my investigation in 1004 old oak Ln Hayward California which the Volupides house. I found out that Mrs. Queenie witnessed on how her husband died. She stated that “ Arthur slipped and fell on the stairs. He was coming down for another drink.” But before the incident they had a little fight before she went to the country club, and left the club shortly before one in the morning. The death of Mr. Arthur Volupides is not an accident because of his wife's statement does not match with the evidence that I found out, which means that Mrs. Queenie is guilty of murder. On arrival, I talked to some of the police who were at the scene and I got some information. An information that could prove that the incident is not an accident. After that I started to investigate and get some evidence that can prove that Mrs. Queenie is guilty. First evidence I found out when i got there is how Arthur’s body is positioned down stairs. However, Pathologist mentioned that he died from a wound on his head. This means that he got hit on the head because if you ever slip or fall on the stairs you only got minor effects. There is some danger to this type of accident, like if you land the wrong way you might suffer some major effects. In conclusion, Queenie is not telling the truth of what happened to his husband Arthur because all the evidence that was on the crime scene does not connect to Queenie’s statement by looking all the evidence i gather. Therefore, Queenie Volupides is guilty for killing his husband. I recommend for more investigations and look more evidence that could really prove that Queenie is
