Queenie Volupides killed her husband, Arthur Volupides. There are many different pieces of evidence found and used to prove she is guilty. The first is that she left the house to go to the party after having an argument with him; due to this argument Queenie would already have a motive to kill or exact revenge on Arthur. The next piece of evidence is that Arthur suffered damage to the head and there are pans in the kitchen. This proves the claim because she could easily hit his head with the pan to cause him enough pain to kill him. As a rule if you fall down the stairs you hair and clothes will be messed up. This statement brings forth the next piece of evidence where Arthur seemingly fall down the stairs yet his hair and clothes
