Queen started getting interested in music in high school. The band members of Queen met at the Ealing school of art which they all enjoyed music (“Queen”,18). Then the queen members joined a band Smile after high school, witch formed the band queen (“Queen”,18). Then out of a random thought Freddie mercury thought of Queen (“Queen”,18).
Queen became popular after Performing their first Album on stage in the United kingdom (Gregory, 2008). Then after that in the early 80s they went numerous with their albums selling well (Gregory, 2008). After they performed their music on TV, Queen was number 5 on the British charts (Gregory, 2008). Then in 1985 queen performed at the live aid and stole the whole show(“Queen”,18). Then in 1992 Queen reached number 2 on the United States charts. Queens songs were sung at most sporting events during warm ups(“Queen”,18).

The band's first solo in the united states was cancelled because of Freddie Mercury health(“Queen”,18). Also because of Mercury's health several other dates were cancelled too(“Queen”,18). The band took a break in 1983 and rumors were spreading that they were splitting up(“Queen”,18). And In the early 80s Queens songs waned witch means they weren't selling in stores.
One major accomplishment is that Queen singer Freddie mercury designed the groups, logos(“Queen”,18). He also did Zodiac signs of the members with a phoenix and a crown(“Queen”,18).Freddie Mercury also designed all the concerts so they look better than the manager would do (“Queen”,18).
