Imagine a princess who would choose to live in a war of battle zone instead of a comfort of a castle, just to prove that she cared about people she didn’t even know. Even though she wasn’t currently in London she still helped them out as much as she could, by reassuring that the country was going to be be fine. On her first public radio broadcast she said “When peace comes, remember, it will be for us, the children of today, to make the world of tomorrow a better and happier place.” When she was in her upper teens she decided to join the Women's Branch of the British Army. She trained as a driver and mechanic. Later on she was given the rank of Honorary Junior Commander. She accomplished lots in this terrific time period and she earned the trust of her country
