Quantitative Leadership Experience Analysis

As a student with a strong business acumen, I struggled with what seemed to be the conflicting interests of maximizing profit and bettering communities. Experience had taught me that these two passions could not be paired and I believed it, until I moved to Germany where I would spend two years as a full-time volunteer. Amongst many other responsibilities, I often found myself in hospitals, interacting with both patients and physicians. My eyes were opened to the need for outstanding leaders in healthcare and the impact I could potentially make. It was in healthcare administration that I found a career to utilize my quantitative talents, leadership experience, and a love of service.
