The use of quantitative research is beneficial to health care as it produces factual and reliable outcome data. After testing the effects of a particular drug or treatment in a sample population the statistic record of the result observed will offer objective results generalizable to larger populations. The statistical methods related to a quantitative research are well suited for finding out ways to reduce reliable variables on the basis of independents, which translates into a capability for identifying and applying the interventions that can reduce the quality and quantity of a patient’s life.
