The study will be consist of African American population. It will be limited to individuals in the metro-Atlanta area. The eligibility criteria for participates in this study it will be based on 4 characteristics: (a) participates need to be African American male or female; (b) they have to be 20 and above and no older than 65 years old; and (c) they need to be familiar with recent cases of police brutality involving Michael Brown and Freddie Gray (d) they must at least have some relation to form of the media. The research will try to reach out to at least 117 individuals from church members, organizations, low income, middle income, to upper income individuals. The population for the study will be very diverse African American community to get a good sample size for the research. “You almost always have to work with a sample of subjects rather than the full population. But people are interested in the population, not your sample. To generalize from the sample to the population, the sample has to be representative of the population. The safest way to ensure that it is representative is to use a random selection procedure. You can also use a stratified random sampling procedure, to make sure that you have proportional representation of population subgroups” (Hopkins, 2000). “Convenience sampling is a type of nonprobability sampling in which people are sampled simply because they are "convenient" sources of data for researchers. In probability sampling, each element in the population has a known nonzero chance of being selected through the use of a random selection procedure. Nonprobability sampling does not involve known nonzero probabilities of selection. Rather, subjective methods are used to decide which elements should be included in the sample. In nonprobability sampling, the population may not be well denned” (Lavrakas, 2008, para. 1). Furthermore, in the field of visual disability, analysts are frequently compelled to utilize nonrandom sampling strategies. For example, convenience sampling, in which people who fit the criteria of a study are distinguished in any capacity conceivable, or snowball sampling. Furthermore, in which specialists ask the members they have recognized to educate their companions and associates regarding the study. These systems may assist professionals with acquiring the quantity of members they want. However, the way the members are assembled can without much of a stretch impact the outcomes by presenting unforeseen or uncontrolled components. In both accommodation and snowball examining, the greater part of the resultant members will be from the same graphical range. They might likewise have comparative financial statuses or ethnic foundations
