Quantay: A Short Story

Reporter sees different guys in and out of the home; it's unknown who stays there. Per reporter, mom hits the child with force to the point where they fall to the ground. The children were outside playing and Satarra hit Quantay. Mom hit Quantay with her fist so hard, he flew in the street. Mom punched all the children. She made them get up and go inside the house. Mom had the windows up and she could be heard hitting the children. The children were screaming and hollering. The children have marks and bruises. Quantay has scratch marks around his neck, bruises on his legs, and a whelp on the top of his forehead. Satarra has bruises on her legs. It's not fit for a dog to live in. There is dog feces on the floor and trash every where when the mother has opened the door. There is also trash on the outside of the home. The home has been this way for at least 6 months. Reporter last saw the children yesterday. The concerns have been discussed with the mother. Reporter feels someone need to check on the children. Mom also leaves at night and tell them (children) not to open her fucking door for nobody. It's unknown where mom is going. She has been gone for over 2 hours before. Per reporter, they try to keep an eye on the children. It's unknown if the children have been harmed or hurt due to them being left alone. It's unknown if they know how to contact someone in case of an emergency. It's unknown if the children need immediate medical
