From this study, it is shown that the amount of sleep that you have affects the way you eat. It is said that a lack of sleep leads to overeating and other poor eating styles. This research shows that poor sleep leads to poor eating. This research assists with my research by giving me a different look on the relationship of eating habits and sleep.

The correlation between the quality of one’s diet and sleep duration was measured. There were different sample groups assigned to focus on certain types of food, such as vegetables versus fruits. The groups were required a specific intake of their associated food group daily. The results of the diets were measure to the duration of sleep they experienced. This directly relates to my research on the effects of diets on sleep.
