Quality and safety are the foundation to effective patient care and a key component of the process improvement that results in optimal healthcare outcome. I am committed to providing the safest and highest quality of care to my patients. With my 26 years of nursing experience, that arranges from critical care to outpatient services, patient safety is a vital concern in health care . For the last 5 years I have served on my hospital’s patient safety committee. We have been successful in decreasing the amount of medication errors and patient falls within the facility, by creating new solutions and new guidelines.
