Leaders
A leader is defined as the person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country. Although to me, it is much more. Someone who is a leader is someone that people can look up to. Also, someone who helps others while giving a positive outlook on the things trying to be accomplished. "Leadership is being bold enough to have vision and humble enough to recognize achieving it will take the efforts of many people — people who are most fulfilled when they share their gifts and talents, rather than just work. Leaders create that culture, serve that greater good and let others soar." – Kathy Heasley, founder and president, Heasley & Partners. I agree with Heasley’s statement in full. A leader should be able to use their knowledge to share with others; to help others grow.

At band camp within a five day period I had taught my squad over one hundred pages of charts. During the entire season we had learned to march to ten different songs. I had to push many limits, but in the end having a successful marching season was well worth
