Qualities Of A Healthy Relationship Analysis

For me strong relationships are very important, wether it be with friends, family members, or a love interest. When you are in any relationship people look for qualities that they see to determine wether it is a healthy relationship or a toxic relationship. Three qualities that I look for in any healthy relationship are communication, honesty, and love.

"A true relationship is when you can tell each other anything and everything. No secrets and no lies" This quote has been very important in my life. In my opinion I don't think that any relationship can be healthy without the right communication. You must be able to feel that you can be open with the the person you are in a relationship with or you will start to feel lost. In a survey recently conducted, 100 mental health professionals were asked what the number 1 thing that leads to divorce and it was poor communication between the two people in the relationship. In my personal experience I have seen first hand how poor communication skills can lead to a failing relationship. As I pursue relationships in the future good communication is key.

Along with good communication I think that there needs to be honesty and trust in the relationship. If there are any lies at all it leads to them not trusting each other. If you can't trust one

If there isn't any love between each other then what is the point of the relationship. in any relationship I want to be able to share my crazy ideas and be supported in anything I do. The quote "A true relationship is someone who accepts your past, supports your present, loves you and encourages your future." I think that love and support is very important. If I don't feel loved in a relationship that is important to me then I start to feel down about myself and it makes me start to question and doubt who I am and what I look like.
