John Maxwell said, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way”. Great leadership is important for any organization. Great leaders help increase efficiency and inspire employees to want to help the organization succeed. Team members need to see their leader has confidence in themselves, as well as the team, in order for them to be confident in the leader.
