Great leaders help increase efficiency and inspire employees to want to help the organization succeed. They keep everything moving along by motivating the employees to work hard, work ethically while enjoying it. There are many different traits that make a good leader. Confidence in the choices that are made, the processes that the team is going through and in the company. Team members need to see their leader has confidence in themselves, as well as the team, in order for them to be confident in the leader. Showing confidence in their team members helps keep morale up and provides motivation.
My Strengths and Weaknesses and How They Compare to Leadership Qualities This is a question I always hate answering. Which will lead to my first weakness. I tend to lack confidence in my abilities. Which goes along with my struggles with public speaking. Taking speech in high school was stressful, to the point of me wanting to drop out of high school. Luckily common sense and my parents prevailed and I struggled through. Thankfully, over the years as an adult I have been able to push past the anxiety I feel to complete the job. I am an empathetic person. I care about other people and how they are doing. In my opinion, it is important to have a relationship with people and care about them. This means treating them with respect and dignity. If you need to talk to someone about a mistake or an issue I always feel it is important to not embarrass them by doing in front of a large
