Bedside Consulting has been honored through and logistical test that would display the most efficient locaton for a manufacturing warehouse. ……. Some of the criteria for the sites were that the lot be approximately five acres in size, and located in the southeastern region of the United States. Bedside Consulting chose Dallas TX, Decatur AL, and Vicksburg MS as three sites to examine. Bedside Consulting analyzed the three sites based on a combination of scores from quantitive and qualitative analysis. The five key componets used for quantitive were cost of land, finanical assistance, cost of labor, cost of taxes, and transportation. The annual cost of the key components were merge together to give an overall quantitive score for each possible site to examine.
The five qualitative factors that were chosen for the analysis of each location were education, community culture, labor availability, financial assistance, and transportaion. Bedside Consulting

The ultimate selection of the site came down to quantitve and qualitative analysis of factors testing, by Bedside consulting. This report will display the possible site, the quantitative and qualitative examination of the sites, the scores from each exam and the recommendation for the location of the producing warehouse.
Dallas TX
Dallas TX is the third largest city in the State of Texas, having a population of 1,300,092. Making it the ninth largest city in the United States. Dallas has a total of 918 schools in the region. Dallas posses 45 colleges within a 40 mile radius.
Decatur AL
Decatur AL is located in Morgan county which is in the northern region of the State. Decatur has a population of 55,683 people. The city consist of 49 schools. There are 13 colleges within a 50 mile radius. The city also consist of 1 interstate, 1 airport, 6 highways, and 8 state
