Some of the criteria for the sites were that the lot be approximately five acres in size, and located in the southeastern region of the United States. Bedside Consulting chose Dallas TX, Decatur AL, and Vicksburg MS as three sites to examine. Bedside Consulting analyzed the three sites based on a combination of scores from quantitive and qualitative analysis. The five key componets used for quantitive were cost of land, finanical assistance, cost of labor, cost of taxes, and transportation. The annual cost of the key components were merge together to give an overall quantitive score for each possible site to examine.
