However, new immigrants face several obstacles adapting to the US. During the interviews that I have helped to transcript, and the discussions with my supervisor and my coworkers I have gained a better perspective of these issues. Furthermore, it has helped me to understand more the way that Qualitas support social, educational and pedagogical the Hispanic community.
