When walking through the community of Quadra-Hillside the majority of people observed were middle aged Caucasian's. There are many families living in the area though. This is evident based on the large amount of low income housing available, playgrounds, the ecole Quadra elementary school, SJ Willis Education Center, and the Cridge Centre. Evergreen Terrace is one of the low income housing buildings in the area. It has 180 units that hold a total of 3000 people of which 60-70% are mixed families. The Cridge Centre has a very diverse population consisting of seniors, kids, low income families, people with special needs, and immigrants.
