Quad City Mall features a unique layout that differs from any other mall there is today. It is four departments(Food, Entertainment, Clothing, and Technology) each having their own dedicated area as well as an atrium located at the center of all four of the departments. This provides a quick, organized, and enjoyable shopping experience.
2. One of the truly unique about Quad City Mall is the CENTER. This is an acronym used to describe its interaction with its community in the atrium. CENTER stands for Community, Entertainment, Network, Transform, Educate, and Restore. The atrium will be a place for the community to partake in events and workshops in order to learn, as well as the mall donating a scholarship to a local student annually.

The Quad City Mall offers more than just shopping unlike the traditional shopping mall. In the atrium it offers educational workshops as well as agriculture in the outside parts of the mall. Parents can bring their kids there for the day for an educational and fun experience. This community and family based area will have whatever the local community wants and will also be voted on. There will also be research labs for local college and high school students to work in and explore education outside of school.
9. Quad City Mall is all about having a pleasurable and easy shopping experience. In order to make this possible for its customers it has developed a bag drop off area. This area will be located at several locations in the mall where you can drop off all of your current bags free of cost. At the end of your shopping experience you can drive through the pick up bay, or other pick up stations depending on your mode of transportation, and be on your way. This will stop customers from wanting to go home from being tired of carrying bags around all
