Task assignment is one of the first steps to managing a project is to add the tasks that get your project done. list of tasks can be as simple as a checklist of things that need to get done,with start and finish dates, detailed information of each task and an option to select the team member for that task.
Task management where chairman can view and control the team tasks, that provide both verifying and controlling functions for implemented tasks. The continuous monitoring of the task by the task implementer, and possible improvements to the existing task.
Task creation are all the things that actually need to be worked on. Chairman can define as many tasks and assign them to team members, can make some tasks depend on other tasks as well
