Improved Essays
To develop this competency, I spoke to many teachers about their practices and what was their experience transitioning from the old curriculum to the QEP. I witnessed a variety of different opinions regarding the changes and how best these teachers thought they would get the most out of the new program.

In addition, I would often go around the classroom and help out students with their worksheets and would not leave their side until the student was one hundred percent confident in their understanding. This, I realized, can be seen as a limitation (to a certain degree).
