I am writing you about the two team members – Myha Co and Simone Ingraham-Gray of QSR Systems Support team. Myha and Simone are admin assistants and they are currently in one of the job classifications that do not require a personal vehicle. My team’s primary role is to offer CPIN support to staff. Until September 2015, the CPIN support was offered by several CPIN trainers as well as CPIN peer-coaches. In September 2015, the CPIN support offered by the trainers and the coaches was withdrawn and the QSR System support team became the only entity in charge with offering CPIN support to staff.
