The Great Pyramid of Giza is one of the biggest and most well known pyramids in Egypt. This pyramid was built as the final resting place of Pharaoh Khufu. It was constructed in the fourth dynasty of Egypt from 2580-2560 BCE. Khufu’s vizier, Himenunu, and his architect, Imhotep, planned the pyramid. It was thought to be physically constructed by tradesmen and laborers. The Pyramid of Giza was built during the height of the Egyptian civilization. I chose to include it in my space capsule because it is not only one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, but also encompasses the idea of human perseverance. The ancient Egyptians didn’t have powerful machinery, like we do today. How did they transport the limestone and build up the pyramid?

They handed the technology over to the Egyptian government who could not decipher the complex code. The Egyptian government then handed it over to the US government who, in turn, gave it to SpaceX to decrypt.…
