My role consists of assessing clients' needs and requirements, analyzing the current state of clients' operations and strategies, propose solutions and alternatives to help clients to rapidly overcome the competition and push them closer to be ruthless, benchmark their performance against local and global competitors as well as industry standards and KPIs, Leading workshops meetings with clients (when required), participating in constructing engagements decks and representing the firm as a point of reference with clients.
