We were able to come up with two game plans that both have positives and negatives. Plan A would be fixing Olympic Stadium, with the help from the Quebec government, which would cost around 220 million dollars to fix completely. We would suggest fixing the retractable roof, which would make the field at least playable. This would allow the team to get back on the field sooner, which in return would make revenue sooner. The inaugural season that would be realistic for Plan A is the 2018-19 season. On top of fixing Olympic Stadium, construction would be taking place to make Labatt Park. Taking into account the cost to fix Olympic Stadium and building Labatt Park, the team would be looking at a debt around 1.225 billion dollars. Plan B would be just building Labatt Park and waiting for the inaugural season to occur during the 2021-2020 season. This would allow for the team to completely ready instead of being rushed into creation. To expand, currently there is not many food options near Olympic Stadium. With the extra 3 years, this would allow our team to secure more sponsors, pull in new restaurants to the area, and promote the idea of being the face of the brand new organization to prospective free agents. The extra years would also allow the team to polish their business model, and market the area
