Just like the United States president, Russia’s President Putin has changed their country and is doing what is best for their country. President Putin’s leadership and reforms are changing Russia for the best. There has been debate if this is good for the country or not. However, Putin is the best thing that has happened to Russia.
In the New York Times they states, “Putin is a strongman who has helped stabilize the country’s economy and politics while gradually deepening an authoritarian regime.” What New York Times is saying that Putin has made Russia better with him as president. Without him then the country wouldn’t be as successful as it is now. He has changed the country with his leadership.
