"Put an End to Cyberbullying in Schools and in Our Country
For a while, schools have been trying to stop cyberbullying, but can’t figure out how to do it. They have tried different ways to stop it by blocking sites, taking phones, and giving out detentions. Students are turning to harm themselves because of cyberbullying and physical bullying in schools. Teachers can start to end this by watching what kids post on social media and monitoring what they text to other people. “A recent study by the US National Institutes of Health, reported by Reuters, found that victims of cyberbullying showed more signs of depression than other bullying victims” (bullyingstatistics.org). Schools need to do a better job at preventing cyberbullying.
