The American Dream is the American ideal of a happy and successful life to which all life may aspire. The American Dream is controlling my own destiny, becoming successful,and living with freedom. Not every obstacle succeeds at the first try there are many tries to success, even though one has big dreams of what they want, one may not have the knowledge of what to do or capable of making things happen. Then you have people that have the mental capacity to attach the American Dream, but don't have the confidence to believe they can reach the dream.Whether social physical financial or economical you need to identify who can offer you what you need. In Of Mice and Men people had disabilities that prevented them from the start. Like being disabled with only one hand it stops you from doing everything that people with two can do ,but if you work hard you can be what you want to be. It's always better to keep trying because a person that gives up instantly is always the failure. The person that keeps trying will succeed nine times out of ten.
Today there is “The Inspiring the American Dream Foundation” it is a program that helps students with their education to make sure they get the education and support that is needed to succeed and go to college. The Foundation teaches the students to be independent. The program is setup to inspire the youth of all nationalities to reach the American Dream. The organizations has individuals from the community to come and speak to the students and share their American dream …show more content…
They have been beaten into a society that had no laws. Until they decided they wanted to live a better life. Like dreamers of the past , immigrants continue to flee to the United States just for their equality and more freedom. They try and find things of importance as of living conditions and housing. They search for better paying jobs so that they can be apart of a “community” other than just departing. So they have better jobs to support their family. For all colored children there are well and improved schooling for better education. They are able to have and buy whatever they want or need and are able to communicate with their peers.
