At first I really hated my major (liberal studies) and blamed my parents for putting me in this. But now, I can proudly tell people around me that I know almost everything in most of the field and I have lots of knowledge which people really don’t have to take other particular major. I already choose the university where I will be applying after graduating from Wilmington. I just need to be focused and determined and manage my time well. In a meanwhile I want to apply in some company for a job and if I got hire I have to manage time and carry my study along with my job. Life is all about hard work, as long as I work hard I believe that it will pay the hard work, we just need to be determined and never give up.
While applying a F1 visa I took ILETS/TOEFL class and gave the test and only score 6.0 and recently I have taken the ETS test, and was really unhappy with the result I got. Firstly I took the test thinking that 2 hours will be sufficient but after starting the exam I found that it would be difficult to answer the entire question in that short period of time.
As English is a second language for me, I have to read the question 2-3 times to understand and answer it which makes my time more limited. So rushing on something really does not have a positive impact wherever it's exam or about our career or the things you are doing. Noting this linguistic weakness, and in line with the learning strategies presented of second language learning by Noels et al (2000) I am determined to improve my written as well as verbal English Language skills. Through this skill update, my career of nursing in USA will also be
